Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframes; however, processing and delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or supply chain disruptions. Wicked Beard Company is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Wicked Beard Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that customs processing may extend delivery times, and Wicked Beard Company has no control over such delays.

Return Policy
 

We want you to love your beard care products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will provide a full refund of the product price once your request is reviewed and approved. Refunds do not include original shipping costs, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with minimal use. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are excessively used or not returned in acceptable condition.
